📍 Where

London, UK. Moved here on a YMS visa through at least end of 2027. After that, not sure yet. Maybe still here, maybe the US if the path opens up.

London is a good city to land in. The rest is better read than summarised. → First Ten Days in London

đź›  New project

Building Posting Machine.

We help B2B founders turn company context into founder-led sales pipeline through LinkedIn.

The idea came from a simple observation: AI is making software cheaper to build, which means distribution matters more. At the same time, outbound is getting noisier, SEO is being reshaped by AI search, and trust is shifting toward people rather than brands.

Most founders know they should post. Very few can consistently turn posting into customers.

We’re building workflows that transform internal company context, customer calls, Slack discussions, product updates, founder opinions, into content, engagement, and eventually pipeline.

Still very early. That’s what makes it interesting.

đź’Ľ Work

Founder Associate at MAGIC AI, one of the UK’s most exciting consumer AI startups.

  • AI-powered fitness mirror bringing personal trainer-level coaching into the home
  • ~$14M revenue with a team of fewer than 15
  • Named one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies 2024

I work directly with the founders across hiring, fundraising, operations, culture, and strategic projects.

It’s my first time working in consumer and hardware after years in B2B SaaS. That’s deliberate. I want to be close to a company operating at real scale, with real complexity, in a category that combines AI, hardware, brand, and consumer behavior.

đź” Outside work

  • Building Posting Machine, helping B2B founders turn company context into LinkedIn posts and sales conversations.
  • Ambassador for one of the UK’s largest Founder Associate communities, connecting ambitious operators and founders across the London startup ecosystem.
  • 40+ coffee chats across the London startup ecosystem and counting. Always keen to meet founders, operators, and investors.
  • Writing at hankwhy.com about startups, career, ambition, and whatever I’m trying to understand more clearly.
  • Using AI to build things I couldn’t before: this portfolio, internal tools, workflow automations, and small experiments.
