Building Posting Machine.

Our mission is to help B2B companies turn their expertise into trust, distribution, and commercial growth.

Our vision is to become the AI-native content engine for B2B companies: the system that turns the knowledge and credibility inside every organisation into influential content that reaches the right audience, creates demand, and drives sales.

Ultimately, we want to make content that drives revenue a core growth channel for every B2B company.

Founder Associate at MAGIC AI, one of the UK’s fastest-growing AI startups.

  • AI-powered fitness mirror bringing personal trainer-level coaching into the home
  • ~$14M revenue with a team of fewer than 15
  • Named one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies 2024

I work directly with the founders across hiring, fundraising, operations, culture, and strategic projects.

It’s my first time working in consumer and hardware after years in B2B SaaS. That’s deliberate. I want to be close to a company operating at real scale, with real complexity, in a category that combines AI, hardware, brand, and consumer behavior.

At the same time, I’m thinking carefully about when Posting Machine has earned the right to become my full-time focus.

🔭 Outside work

A few other things occupying my time:

  • Growing Posting Machine and testing whether founder-led content can become a repeatable sales channel for B2B companies.
  • Posting daily on LinkedIn. Since March 2026, my content has generated more than 500,000 impressions, and I recently passed 4,000 followers.
  • Meeting founders, operators, and investors across London, Taiwan, and the broader international startup ecosystem.
  • Helping build the UK Founder Associate community and connecting ambitious early-stage operators.
  • Writing at hankwhy.com about startups, career, ambition, and whatever I’m trying to understand more clearly.
  • Using AI to build things I couldn’t before: this portfolio, internal tools, workflow automations, and small experiments.
